Control Tower: Then vs Now
Control Tower today is not the same Control Tower that you may have been introduced to in the past.
Autumn in New York means ServerlessConf, and Trek10 will be out in force as usual at the hottest conference in the cloud.
There’s still a few days to register if you haven’t done so yet. Once you’re on board, here’s where you can find our team Oct 7-9 in NYC.
Catch Trek10’s Jared Short on the main stage on Day 1. Alongside Sean Mare from the Gemological Institute of America, he’ll be sharing how GIA and Trek10 migrated a key service to serverless on AWS using AppSync, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
Trek10’s Carlos Lemus and Ryan Scott Brown will lead a full day of pre-conference workshops Monday, Oct. 7th at the AWS Loft in NYC. The sessions will focus on hands-on serverless application development, DevOps, and security.
Trek10’s Forrest Brazeal will also moderate a fireside chat with Simon Wardley during the event.
Trek10 will sponsor this year’s “Best Architecture” prize at the pre-conference hackathon, hosted by Corey Quinn and featuring a great lineup of judges from industry and technology.
For the second straight year, we’ll be bringing the Think FaaS podcast to you live on the ServerlessConf main stage with a series of lightning talks from eight community members. Trek10’s own Ryan Scott Brown will be speaking on architecting for serverless efficiency.
We’ll also be updating this blog during the week with hot takes and analysis from the event. Stay tuned, and we look forward to seeing you in NYC!
