Blake has spent over a decade building a wide variety of software - from sleek user interfaces to complex backend services, on the desktop, in the cloud, and even behind the cloud. The puzzles inherent in software are satisfying to solve, but helping colleagues and clients is his favorite part of the job. He loves to build tools that eliminate tedium and enable people to focus on the most interesting parts of their work. At Trek10, the singular focus on AWS and the emphasis on serverless architecture mean Blake can focus on the most interesting parts of his own work.
Blake received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University. When not building things, he loves to discover unusual new video games, watch British panel shows with his wife, and explore the world with his toddler.
