I focus on creating the best onboarding experience possible for our clients and making sure our 24/7 monitoring works like a well-oiled machine. Kaizen, agile, and pretty much any concept of continuous improvement is what I love to orient my work around. Standing still is never an option. I’m always moving forward.
With my time spent at home, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, volunteering at church, or practicing one of the variety of hobbies that I’ve picked up over the years. Some of my favorites are writing songs on acoustic guitar, learning the Japanese language, PC or TTRPG gaming, and in-depth Bible study.
