Dana Hancock is a proud Sycamore receiving both her ungraduated degree and Master's in Human Resources Development at Indiana State University! Dana started her professional career as a Paralegal. She learned a lot along the way and used those skills to move into the field of Human Resources. She will be the first to admit, pursuing a career in HR is not for the faint of heart! Being responsible for making employment decisions, keeping watch over the welfare of employees and the business, as well as handling a company’s most sensitive information isn’t for everyone! Dana has worked in various industries, including retail, healthcare, higher education, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and information technology and services.
She prides herself on being a strategic partner developing strong human resources practices, and hiring and retaining great people from all over the world to contribute to the culture that makes Trek10 one of the best places to work!
Personally, Dana is an avid sports fan (of anything), but really loves football, especially the Indianapolis Colts! She also loves the "Month of May" and spending time at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway watching Indy Car! Finally, she is Metallica's number one fan, but enjoys various music genres!
