James comes from a background in operations, analytics and process improvement with over 12 years of experience working in various industries. An intraprenuer at heart, James has been instrumental in developing multiple subsidiaries for companies. During his time working for one of the largest e-commerce booksellers, Better World Books, James spent several years abroad successfully developing the company's first international branch located in Scotland, United Kingdom.
James attended Indiana University. As a member of the CloudOps team, James leads large scale projects and is working to improve internal processes within Trek10 with a focus on scalability. James is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
