Christopher “Kreece” Fuchs is an experienced operations leader with over 20+ years of management and leadership experience in a variety of industries. Prior to Trek10, Kreece co-founded and grew Better World Books into one of the world’s leading e-commerce used book retailers. While there he grew and managed a team of over 400, and managed the systems and logistics behind the optimization of pricing, processing, and receiving 40 million books a year with over 7 million SKU’s.
As Chief Operating Officer of Trek10, Kreece leads the systems and teams that serve as the foundation of our multiple service offerings and technology solutions. Kreece brings his drive for excellence, his background in Lean Sigma, and his creative problem-solving approach to helping optimize and ensure successful client engagements and outcomes when working with Trek10. An engineering graduate from the University of Notre Dame, Kreece enjoys spending free time with his family and playing ice hockey.
